The Mahoney Residence is a new pool house and back patio addition to a ranch style home in Paradise Valley. Working with MODE Architects, Starkjames helped navigate the blending of the original ranch style of the home with a modern aesthetic. I was responsible for construction, along with developing numerous custom details including the minimalist cantilevered gutter and hand applied US Nickel floor (which i also installed!).
